 Appointments 

• Clients should arrive on time
• Late arrivals may result in a full charge
• Clients should give notice when cancelling appointments
• Full cancellation policy is available on the home page
• No shows may result in a full charge

Medical conditions 

• Clients should inform the salon of any medical conditions or pregnancy before booking
• Certain medications may prevent clients from receiving certain treatments
• Clients should inform the salon if there are any changes to their medical history

Personal information 

• The salon may collect personal information with the client's permission
• The salon may use personal information for treatment purposes

Offers

• Offers can be withdrawn at any time 
• Any vouchers etc only have 1 year from purchase date (no cash alternative will be offered)
